New Print Releases

I've added a new twist to my latest prints about to be released very soon – Poetry.

It's a little hobby I recently rediscovered and have been cultivating and I'm not too bad at it!

So I thought I'd add an extra splash of creativity to some wonderful scenes from home and a bit further away.

Their short poems but I hope it will bring a little meaning to how I view my paintings and the places I've experienced and know a little bit about.

Maybe a romantic view but my view.

I sometimes imagine myself in the mind of those who walked before me and I then write from another angle.

There are five new paintings, three different places and three poems to match.

Each poem will be on the reverse (backing board) of the 7" x 5" prints.

Here's my favourite.

Edge Of Spike

In this harbour I do dwell

On an Island I know far too well

Distant lands I long to see

Drawn by the horizon that dazzles me

What dreams lie beyond

What stories do unfold

We have many stories to be told

I dream of the day that I'll take flight

But for now I'm on the edge – Of Spike
